Snowbird Sour

A kettle-soured golden ale fermented with 80# of fresh pureed bananas, & aged on 10# of in-house toasted coconut. An addition of lactose was added to the boil to create a unique sweetness, that mingles with the dry & tart mouthfeel from the Lactobacillus culture. A taste of the tropics on a cold winter day! - 5% ABV, 5 IBU
