Maple Bourbon Imperial Stout

A classic Imperial Stout brewed with Flaked Oats and Molasses, fermented with American yeast, then aged in a Bourbon Barrel that previously held local maple syrup for 6 months. The residual maple in the barrel provided for a secondary fermentation in the barrel, and another addition of local Maple Syrup was added before carbonation. - 10.5% ABV , 57 IBU
